In this study,lactic acid bacteria was isolated from the samples of two-humped camel milk and milk products collected from the west desert and half-desert areas of Inner Mongoiar. 本项实验主要对内蒙古西部荒漠和半荒漠地区，以天然放牧饲养的双峰驼乳及乳制品为样品，进行乳酸菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性的研究。
