  1. accord用作名词时的基本意思是“一致,符合”,是不可数名词,常用于短语中。
  2. accord也可作国与国之间的“条约,协定”解,是可数名词。
  3. 表示“与…一致”时应说in accord with,而不可说in accord to。
v. (动词)
