Objective To sam up the experience in diagnosis and separation of a thoracopagus conjoined twins. 目的通过胸腹联体双胎婴儿的分离手术提供联体婴儿外科诊疗方法。
Conclusions The angiographic examination is difficult but very helpful for successful operation of the conjoined twin. 结论胸腹联体儿心脏与外周血管造影技术上有一定的难度，但血管造影对联体儿分离手术成功相当重要。
