  1. fetch的基本意思是“接来(某人)”“取来(某物)”,指去较远的某人〔物〕所在的地方接〔取〕到该人〔物〕后返回到出发地。引申可指“使发出”“吸引”“售得(若干价钱)”“抵达”等。
  2. fetch作“接来”“取来”解时是及物动词,接名词或代词作简单宾语,也可接双宾语,其间接宾语可以转换为介词for的宾语。
  3. fetch用作及物动词作“售得”解时,可接“价钱”作宾语。
  4. fetch作“售得”“抵达”解时是不及物动词。
